About Ingrid

Ingrid is a curriculum vitae for people whose credibility is a body of published work. It is set like an academic's own journal offprint: a running head across the top of every page, a title block whose byline carries superscript affiliation marks, a boxed abstract that doubles as the professional summary, and a keyword line under the rule. Every claim below it is entered as a numbered register rather than a sales point, and your own name is printed bold wherever it appears on the reference list.

The homepage opens with the front matter and a portrait plate, then counts the record in ruled figures, sets the profile as an abstract, lays out three lines of work as numbered columns, registers the current projects with their site, years and funding, prints a selected bibliography, pulls the appointments and degrees straight from the CV as a contents ledger, and closes with three referees and a request slip.

Four inner pages carry the depth. Research holds a long-form statement with a wide field plate, the working year as season bands, a methods register grouped by where the work happens, a funding table with a summed row, and a numbered plate sheet. Publications adds the full year-grouped reference list, open data deposits with format, licence and version, and a dated register of talks, honours and service. Teaching lists courses with level, credits and cohort size, the research group, and the questions students ask. Contact is a correspondence register beside a form, a dated note on where things stand, and the CV in one click.

The typography is a book serif, Crimson Text, over Fira Sans with tabular figures, on white paper with a deep spruce accent. There are no cards and no shadows anywhere; hairlines and rules do all the work, and nothing slows a reader who is scanning twelve of these in an afternoon.

Portfolio and Resume are both wired: eight studies with captioned plates on their own contents page, and a complete CV with an automatic PDF.
