On this page
Your social links are stored in one place, the Social Profiles page, and shown as icons wherever your site has room for them: the header, the footer and certain sections. Add or reorder a link once and it updates everywhere. Social profiles are available on every plan.
Add your links
- Open your site in the dashboard and choose Social Profiles in the sidebar, under Manage.
- Click Add link.
- Pick the network from the dropdown and paste the full link to your profile, for example
https://instagram.com/yourhandle. - Repeat for each profile, then click Save changes.
Drag the handle at the left of a row to reorder; icons appear on your site in this order. Click the remove button at the right of a row to delete a link.

Supported networks
X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Dribbble, Behance, Pinterest, Twitch, Discord, Mastodon, and a general Website entry for any other address.
Two entries are not web links:
- Email takes an email address and opens the visitor's mail app.
- Phone takes a phone number and starts a call on phones.
What counts as a valid link
- Web profiles need the full address starting with
https://(orhttp://). A bare handle such as@yourhandleis not accepted. - Email must be a valid email address.
- Phone should be a phone number, ideally with the country code, such as
+1 555 123 4567.
If a row has a problem, the page shows an error on that row when you save. Fix it and save again.
Where the icons show
The Social Profiles page only stores the list. Each part of your site decides whether to display it:
| Place | How to show or hide |
|---|---|
| Header | Design > Header > Show social icons |
| Footer | Design > Footer > Show social icons |
| Sections | Some hero, about and contact sections have their own Show social icons option in their settings |
All of these are on by default, so your icons appear in the header and footer as soon as you save your first link. Turn a toggle off where you do not want them. See header, footer and menu styles for the Design panels and section settings for section options.
Tip: Every place shows the same list in the same order. Put the profiles you care about most at the top, and if the header feels crowded, turn icons off there and keep them in the footer.
Icon style and colors
Icons are drawn to match your site and follow the text color of the header or footer they sit in. In the footer, the hover color uses your Accent color unless you set the footer's own Accent option. Some header templates offer a Social icon style option, such as plain icons or icons in circles.
Social links in the menu
Social profiles are icons, not menu items. If you want a text link such as "Instagram" in the main menu, add it on the Navigation page as a URL item with Open in new tab on. See build your site menu.
