About Aurora

Aurora is a template for design studios and creative agencies that sell on craft. It is a single dark page that opens with a full bleed cover photograph under a fixed, transparent header, then walks a visitor from the work to the people to the brief.

The homepage runs eleven sections in one scroll: a statement cover with a bracketed call to action, a selected work grid of overlay tiles pulled live from the Portfolio app, a capability accordion where each discipline opens to reveal its deliverables and a photo, a studio spread with a two photo collage and working principles, a four step process ledger, a numbers band, a team portrait grid, a client quote carousel, a ruled grid of client wordmarks, an FAQ, and a contact section that pairs a hairline detail ledger with an underline form. Anchored navigation ties the sections together.

The Portfolio app is wired and full. Nine published projects across four categories run on a bespoke index that keeps the category filters in a sticky left rail with live counts and a featured filter, beside a masonry wall of natural aspect covers that animates as you filter, with no layout library. Each project opens as a dossier: a lead image with an overlapping spec card, a sticky contents rail, a numbered gallery in a lightbox, and a full width next project banner.

The mood is near black with a brass accent, Inter throughout, monospace labels in square brackets, and hairline rules instead of boxes. Social profiles are set once and appear in the cover, the contact ledger, the portfolio rail, project pages and the footer. Swap the photography and the copy and it is your studio.
