About Blueprint

Blueprint is a one-page website for an architecture practice whose best argument is the list of buildings it has actually finished. The homepage is laid out as a built record: the projects hang in a grid of cards grouped under spanning year rules, the year set large in the margin with the count beside it, so scrolling the page is scrolling fifteen years of completions. Every card carries its location, its client and a status chip that stays quiet on the work handed over and fills with the accent color on the one building still on site.

Under the wall, four sector tiles read straight from the portfolio's own categories, each with a cover and a count. Then one raised card carries the studio: a photograph, a short paragraph, capability chips and a ruled row of facts. Three appointment cards say how the practice can be engaged, each closing on how long the work runs and what it is charged on. The page ends on three named contact desks above one shared form.

The opening is a masthead cover: the name printed on the page above one wide plate, a rule and a folio row of four facts. Because the name never sits on the photograph, the picture can be pale or busy and the type still reads.

The design is quiet and current rather than architectural cliche: Asap over Sarabun, a pale cool grey ground with white cards, soft shadows and medium corners, and one deep green accent on links, buttons and the active nav. The footer is the navigation over three cells of practice facts.

The Portfolio app is wired and full: ten buildings in four sectors, nine or ten photographs each, with location, year, client, role and status on every one. The year field drives the wall's rules and the status field lights its chips, so adding a project and filling in its fields is the whole of the maintenance.

Blueprint suits architects, engineers, landscape and urban practices, contractors and any studio whose clients buy on track record.
