Pages and the editor

Add pages, build them from sections, and edit text and images right on the page.

Add and organise pages Create new pages, rename them, change their URL, pick your homepage, reorder or delete pages, and see how many pages your plan allows.
Build a page with sections Pages are stacks of ready-made sections. Learn how to add, preview, move, duplicate and remove sections in the visual editor.
Edit text and images on the page Click any text or picture in the editor to change it in place, format paragraphs, swap images from your media library and fill galleries.
Section settings: spacing, background and more Every section has a General tab for spacing, height, colours, backgrounds, animations and visibility, plus a Styling tab to override your site-wide look.
Page options: title, description and headings The Page options panel holds a page's name, URL, status, header and footer switches, page heading, password protection and its SEO settings.
Undo changes and restore an earlier version The editor keeps a history of every change to a page in your browser. Restore any earlier version with one click, and know what history does not cover.
Why your changes do not show on the live site yet Edits save instantly, but your live site refreshes when you click Update live site. Learn when that is needed, when it happens on its own, and what else can hide a change.
