The Links app gives your site a "link in bio" page: a vertical list of buttons pointing wherever you like - your shop, a booking page, a new video, a press feature. It is designed to be the one address you put in your Instagram or TikTok profile, and because it lives on your own site it uses your logo, fonts and colors.
Turn it on
Links is switched on automatically when you create a site, and your page is ready at yourname.folio.page/links. If you turned it off earlier, open All Apps in the sidebar, click Enable next to Links and confirm.
Open Links Page in the sidebar to manage it. The View Links Page button at the top opens the live page in a new tab.
Add a link
- Click Add link.
- Enter a Title and the URL. Web addresses, email addresses (
mailto:) and phone numbers (tel:) all work. - Optionally add a Description (optional) - one line shown under the title.
- Under Visual, choose None, Image to pick a thumbnail from your media library, or Icon to choose an icon. A link can have an image or an icon, not both.
- Switch on Featured to highlight the link with an accent outline, or Open in new tab if you want visitors to keep your site open.
- Click Add link.

Reorder, hide and edit links
Your live page shows links in the order of the list, so drag the handle on a row to rearrange them. Every row has an Active switch: turn it off to hide a link without deleting it; hidden links show a Hidden badge in the list and are not included on the live page at all.
Use the pencil icon to edit a link and the bin icon to delete it. Changes go live on their own within a few seconds.
Settings
Open Settings in the Links sidebar:
- Base path: the page's URL,
linksby default. Change it to anything that is not already used by one of your pages. - Heading Title and Heading Description: the heading banner at the top of the page, also used for its search engine title and description. Leave both empty to hide the banner entirely.
- Intro text: a short line shown under the heading, like a bio.
- Show logo: uses your site logo as the page avatar.
- Show social icons: adds an icon row built from the profiles on your Social Profiles page. See Add your social profiles.
- Template: the layout used for the buttons.
Click Save changes when you are done.
Limits per plan
| Free | Pro | Max | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Links | 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
On the Free plan the Add link button is disabled once you have 5 links, and the page tells you that you have reached your plan's limit. Hidden links count towards the limit, so delete old ones if you need room.
Tip: Put the links page in your site menu with an App link in Navigation, or keep it off the menu and share the URL only in your social profiles - both work.
