Aiko - Art portfolio template

About Aiko

Aiko is a one-page portfolio template for painters and visual artists who sell original work: watercolourists, printmakers, illustrators working on paper, anyone whose site has to convince a collector or a gallery at a glance. It is built like a gallery wall - a near-white ground, one quiet grey-blue accent, and every work presented with a museum-style label.

The page opens with a single painting hung alone, uncropped, with its wall label beneath it (title, year, medium, size and availability, with an enquiry link) and a short statement beside it. Below it, a masonry of recent works pulled live from the Portfolio app, each at its own proportions and packed into columns with no gaps, with a label of its own. Then a short artist bio set like an exhibition wall text with a portrait and a compact facts block, a swatch row of the pigments in use, a grouped exhibitions and awards CV, and an enquiry section with a plain email address and a collapsed form.

The Portfolio app is wired in with its own Works index (natural-aspect works on a hang line, category filters, availability marks) and a detail page that hangs each work above its label card, description and detail images, with an enquire-by-email link and previous / next navigation. Resume, Links and Blog are off; switch them on from Apps if you need them.

Type is Cormorant Garamond for titles and work names and Libre Franklin for everything else. Sharp corners, hairline rules, soft hung-work shadows, a stacked centred header with a frosted sticky state, and a square outline back-to-top button. Replace the paintings, the portrait and the label details and the template is yours.
