About Outline

Outline is a one-page portfolio template for product designers, UX designers and small app studios whose work is screens. The homepage opens straight on the work: a dark canvas with a faint dot grid where frames pulled from inside your case studies stand in justified rows at their natural size, phone screens narrow beside wide desktop screens, each with a small frame label and a selection outline that shows the frame's pixel size on hover. Category chips filter the canvas, and every frame opens its case study.

Below the canvas, each project reads as a prototype flow: three screens joined by connector arrows beside a properties column with your role, the platform, the year and the outcome as an accent closing line. An about panel styled like a design tool's inspector carries a small portrait, your status, a layer group of facts and a four-step process. Services sit inside a dashed component-set outline as variant cards with a duration and a from-price, a client quote is filed as a resolved comment thread, and the contact form is a new comment pinned to the canvas, with reply time, base and a direct email beside it.

The design is a near-black canvas with a component-violet accent, set in IBM Plex Sans with IBM Plex Mono for labels, chips and readouts. A slim sticky header with a tagline, a meta line and an outline call to action, a status-bar footer with a lit availability dot and a readout cell, an iris-style mobile menu and a glass back-to-top button complete the chrome.

The Portfolio app is wired in with ten sample case studies of ten screens each, filed under four categories, using the studio index and the spec case-study template. Resume, Links and Blog are switched off and can be turned on from the Apps page.
