About Kiro

Kiro is for photographers whose work is dated. Concert, festival and event shooters who file by the morning after, and who need a site that reads like production paperwork rather than a gallery.

The homepage opens as a printed gig bill: a letterboxed frame set into a ruled panel, your name at poster scale over a stacked support bill of everyone you have shot this season, and a four-cell strip of the facts a press office asks for first - where you are based, how many nights a year, how fast the selects land, when you are next open.

Below it the work arrives twice, in two different shapes. First a contact sheet: twelve numbered frames from a single set, your picks ringed in red chinagraph, and a tally of frames shot, selects sent and the time they went out. Then the run of show, a dated ledger where every row is one night - the date in the margin, the billing, the venue and city, the three frames that night gave up and the count of everything else on file.

Four inner pages carry the rest. About sets a working spread against a portrait and the rules you do not break. Published is a wall of tearsheets, the stories that ran long, and your awards and press. Booking holds four commission types, the venues on a season deal, three rate cards and the questions everyone asks. Contact is a ruled enquiry form, a note from the desk and the cities you cover.

The Portfolio app runs as ten nights of four frames across four categories, on a wide index and a dossier detail page that prints each night's date, venue, client and frame count as a specification block. The Resume app carries the credits: publications, awards, accreditation and what you work with.

Set in Archivo Black and Overpass on newsprint grey with one screenprint red, it is built so the saturated stage light in your photographs is the only colour on the page.
