About Milo

Milo is a one-page site for a creative generalist - someone whose job title has never quite described them, and whose visitor's first question is whether they are any good and whether they are free.

The answer is a wall planner. The middle of the homepage is a full year on one sheet: twelve month columns, one ruled row per project, each blocked across the weeks it actually ran and marked finished, running now or planned, with a line dropped on the current month. Above it the hero opens on a torn-off sheet of this month's weeks beside a portrait. Below it the same measure keeps turning up - four service lanes each carrying a share-of-the-year bar, a work grid where every project plots its real duration against a fixed track, and personal figures counted in five-bar pencil tally marks.

The rest is built for a person rather than a studio. A short first-person bio closes on two facing lists, what you take on ticked and what you pass on struck through. A now block sets what is on the desk as ruled columns with a progress gauge each. References print one marked line over a highlighter wash before the full quote. A board of tiles says where else to find you, and a ruled enquiry form closes the page.

The look is cold graphite with one teal-green accent, set in Bitter and Merriweather Sans: squared corners, hairline rules, tabular figures, no shadows anywhere.

Portfolio, Resume and Links are wired and filled. The portfolio is a ruled register with a sheet-style detail page and a weeks field on every item, which drives the duration tracks on the homepage. The CV runs as a sidebar layout with an automatic PDF.
